Refund and Returns Policy At Adoral254, we value your satisfaction and health. Due to the nature of our products (supplements and skincare), we have established the following policy to ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers.

  1. Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unopened and Unused: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on supplements or skincare products if the safety seal is broken or the packaging has been opened.

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Non-Returnable Items Opened supplements or vitamins.

Skincare products with broken seals.

Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or promotional clearance.

  1. How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at adoral254@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 0721620646.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  2. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Next Steps in WooCommerce: Create the Page: Go to Pages > Add New, paste the text above, and click Publish.

Link the Page: Go back to the screenshot you showed me (WooCommerce > Settings > Products or General), find the Refund & Returns Policy slot, and select this new page from the dropdown.

Checkout: This will now automatically add a small checkbox or link at the bottom of your checkout page so customers can agree to your terms before they buy.
